HotelSet on the southern coast of Singapore, Sentosa was used by the British as a fort during the 1940s. With a large naval base, airstrip and numerous costal guns, it was most important part of the British military defense.
During World War II, the Japanese Imperial Army invaded Singapore by land from Malaysia. The British could not employ Sentosa’s sea defense against the Japanese land invasion.

Today’s Sentosa is a thriving island of vibrant and colors for tourists and local Singaporeans alike. There is a multitude of of attractions, hotels, resorts, beaches, restaurants, bars and spas.

Palawan Beach
Palawan Beach is where the iconic suspension bridge linking the main beach to a small beach which is the close point to the equator or in other words the southernmost point of the Asia continent. At the beach, you can find beach bars where one can settle down to have a drink or two and get connected to the rest of the world via wireless internet access.

Siloso Beach
Siloso Beach is one of Singapore’s hippest beaches. The beach is home to beach volleyball enthusiasts as you can spot hordes of people playing volleyball on the beach on a sunny day be it on a competitive basis or a friendly game. The stretch of beach also houses shopping and dining outlets for those who are hungry after a day of fun. There are also other vigorous outdoor activities on the beach such as rollerblading, canoeing and mountain climbing.

Tanjong Beach
Tanjong Beach is a favourite with guests who prefer tranquillity. Here, you wouldn’t find people playing volleyball or other vigorous activities. Instead, you will find people laying down for a tan while enjoying their favourite book on the sun chairs. When night falls, this stretch of beach become particularly romantic with the twinkling of lights from the ships docked at the nearby port.
