Events in October 2015

Stepping into the month of October, a new series of events have specially been lined up for you and your loved ones. The fun never ends with Halloween celebrations to music festivals and the highly anticipated sports event everyone has been waiting for – WTA Finals Singapore. Here’s what to expect:


UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS

Ever wondered what happens when the Blood Moon reigns over us? Or have you walked past apparitions without realising it? Join in the survival of the fittest when you embark on a horrifying journey, from trespassing the houses of hungry ghosts to taking the last train home. Who will survive? Brace yourselves for a terrifying experience as Universal Studios Singapore brings you Halloween Horror Nights – “No masks or costumes are allowed, your terrified face is all you need.”

PUMA NIGHT RUN SINGAPORE 2015

Once again, Puma Night Run is back this year to bring you more excitement, entertainment and endurance. Get sweaty and pumped up with your loved ones in this luminous, unforgettable 10km marathon of fun and enjoyment. Catch band performances and some of your favourite celebrities from the hit movie Ah Boys to Men - Tosh Rock, Joshua Tan and Bunz will be there to hype things up. Exclusive prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers. As for the others, not to worry as you could be one of the lucky draw winners of the night!

WTA FINALS SINGAPORE

The finalists of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) have geared up to finally compete amongst one another for the Championship. No more watching your favourite players on screen as they portray their fiery sportsmanship “live” in Singapore. Get ready for a series of intensifying and breath-taking matches along with the loud cheers of the crowds. Contesting are Serena Williams, Simona Halep, Maria Sharapova, Lucie Safarova and many more.

GHOST THE MUSICAL

Directed by Jerry Zucker, Ghost is a UK Academy Award winning musical for the hopeless romantic. Started in Manchester, 2011, the production continues to evolve globally even till today. Sam and Molly were separated after the death of Sam, causing him to be trapped as a spirit forever. As he knows of Molly being in danger, Sam approaches a psychic in an attempt to speak to Molly. Will he be able to save Molly despite living in the underworld?

AARON KWOK DE SHOW MASQUERADE WORLD TOUR LIVE IN SINGAPORE

Recognised in his salad days for a flair in dancing, famous Hong Kong pop star Aaron Kwok then embarked on his musical and acting journey. da:ns festival 2015

Travel into the world of dance with da:ns festival 2015 as they bring you a diversity of mind-blowing performances by world-renowned dance icons; Nederlands Dans Theatre 2 - An evening of five works, Tango Legends, Sylvie Guillem – Life in Progress and Torobaka. Witness the passion and expression with every movement of the body as the dancers unveil the story behind every scene. Not forgetting original works by Singapore talents Kuik Swee Boon and Choy Ka Fa, da:ns festival is not to be missed.

OKTOBERFEST ASIA 2015

Heads up, beer lovers!
